Screening for Schools
Many of these areas can show in a variety of ways, for example,
ANXIETY AND FEARS can show as:
Anger, aggression, hostilitY
withdrawal from others, curling up under a table or in a corner
crying, shouting, long meltdowns, collapsing on the floor
school refusal, controlling behaviour, resistance to change
constant worrying
reluctance to communicate, raise their hand in class, take part in school performances, speak, communicate socially
distress- fear reactions that are irrational or excessive.
The Neurodevelopmental screening provides more detail of the behaviours that are most commonly seen and will provide you with baseline screening for as many students as you wish.
